Aubergine with Cheese

100 g Kervan White Cheese
3 medium-size aubergines
5-6 sprouts of dills
Enough oil
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of chili pepper
1 pinch of salt

Wash the aubergines, slice in 1 cm thickness, then keep in the salty water for 20 minutes. Then, dewater the aubergines, place them in the oily baking tray and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Crumble the cheese in a different bowl. Wash the dills and chop. Spread the cheese on the baked aubergines and then, add salt and spices. Bake the aubergines again until the cheese melts. Add chopped dills and serve.
