Bread with Cheese and Tomato

250 g Kervan White Cheese,
1 French roll,
1 small red onion
2 medium-size tomato
3-4 sprouts of parsley
1-2 sprouts of basil
1 tea glass of olive oil
Enough salt

15 mins Serves 6

Slice the bread. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and chop. Wash the parsley and basil and chop. Crumble the cheese. Peel the onion and chop. Place all ingredients on the paper slices. Add salt and olive oil, and serve.
