Cheese Omelet

100 gr. Kervan White Cheese
2 spring onions
5 eggs
1-2 sprouts of parsley
2-3 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of grounded red pepper
1 pinch of salt

15 mins Serves 3

Wash the spring onions and chop. whisk the eggs in a bowl, add spring onions and mix. Crumble the cheese, chop the parsley. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Boil the oil in a pan, cook the 2-3 omelets. Serve warm.
