Pastry with White Cheesea

1 cup of crumbled Kervan White Cheese
3 cups of flour
1 egg
Half pack of margarine
Half cup of oil
1 cup of yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 coffee spoon of black cumin

Mix and knead soft margarine, oil, yogurt, baking powder, flour and egg white in a deep bowl. Cover the dough with damp fabric, and rest in the fridge for 1 hour. Crumble the cheese in a different bowl. Take egg-sized pieces from the dough, roll out a bit. Place the cheese in the pieces and fold in two. Oil the baking tray and place the pastries. Spread yolk on them. Add some black cumin and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees until they turn red.
