Pastry with Kashar Cheese

Enough Kervan Kashar Cheese
1 teaspoon of yeast powder
1 tablespoon of yogurt
½ tea glass of milk
Enough water
2 yolks
1 tablespoon of oil
1 pinch of salt

Mix half cup of flour, yeast powder, yogurt, milk and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl, and let aside in a warm place for ferment. When the dough reaches its double size, add salt, flour and water, and knead until it does nor stick on your hand. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and place in the flour spread baking tray. Cover the tray with another tray and keep in the warm oven for half an hour for fermentation. At the end of this period, roll out the dough pieces in your hand, and fill with grated kashar cheese. Close the dough pieces and place in the oily baking tray. Whisk the yolks with oil, and spread on the dough. Bake the dough in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Serve warm.
