Chicken Breast with Spinach and Cheese

100 g Kervan White Cheese
250 g. spinach
1 medium-size onion
1/4 cup of oil
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of chili pepper
Enough salt

Divide the chicken breast into two and pound thoroughly. Peel the onion and chop in a different place. Clean and wash the spinach thoroughly. Burn the oil in a sauce pan, and start boiling the onion. When they are ready, add spinach and salt, and cook on low heat until they get soft. Crumble the cheese in a different bowl. When they cool down, add the cheese and mix. Spread salt and spices on the chicken. Then, add the spinach mixture and fold in half. Infix with tooth sticks. Fry the meat on grill or pan, and serve.
